• Whether you own the property and whether you opt in to WhatsApp contact

• Pass your details to an MCS-certified installer partner in your area so they can contact you about your enquiry — this happens only with your consent, given when you submit the form

• Improve our website and the information we provide to Scottish homeowners

Our legal basis for processing your enquiry data is your consent (given when you submit the form and tick the privacy consent box) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request and providing a quote.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. When you submit an enquiry, your details are passed to an MCS-certified installer partner so they can contact you about your quote. This happens only with your consent. We also use:

• Zapier, to deliver your enquiry to our installer partners securely
• Google Analytics 4, to measure website usage — but only if you have accepted analytics cookies
• Our hosting and email providers, to operate the website and respond to your enquiry

We never share your data for marketing purposes and never pass it to any third party beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

If you submit an enquiry, we keep your details for as long as needed to respond to your request and arrange a quote. If you go ahead with an installation, we keep your records for the duration of any warranty period and for a minimum of six years for regulatory and insurance purposes. If you do not proceed, we will delete your enquiry data within 24 months of your last contact with us. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 6 below).

6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can ask to see what personal data we hold about you
• Correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
