What Happens After You Get in Touch

A call back to talk it through
We ask about your home, roughly how much electricity you use, your current tariff and what you want from a system, whether that is lower bills, backup power or charging an electric car.

A look at your roof and wiring
A survey checks roof direction, pitch, shading and condition, where a battery and inverter could go, and whether your fuse board and meter are ready. Tenement flats may need agreement from other owners or your factor.

A written, no-obligation quote
You receive a written quote showing the panels, battery and inverter suggested, with expected output based on your roof. You can take as long as you need to decide.
Useful things to have to hand
- A recent electricity bill or your yearly usage in kWh
- Your postcode, so we can check your area and network operator
- Whether you own the property, and if it is a flat, listed or in a conservation area
- Any plans for an electric car or heat pump, which affect system size
